Join us for a postpartum yoga series, focused on bonding with your baby and healing your body. Class is led by Leanne Matullo from Afterglow Perinatal Care. Leanne is a perinatal yoga therapy practitioner, doula, postpartum care practitioner, and infant/child sleep specialist. $80/ 4 week class

All levels of yoga experience welcome. Babies in arms welcome. BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat!). Additional props will be provided.
